Her vision is to teach children about Canada and support young children through the early years to become young citizens of Canada and the World. Naznin’s goal is to continue to work towards an intervention strategy through engaging children and youth in volunteerism globally.
Naznin believes self-care is important for the well-being of a child care professional in the work they do for children and families. She feels understanding red flags and signs that go beyond our comfort level is an important observation tool. She hopes the journal will be a reflective practice on writing your goals, your values, setting boundaries and monitoring red flags.
Naznin urges all educators to create a balance in all aspects of their lives – emotional, intellectual, moral, physical and social needs.
